This antipasto features grilled flank steak with horseradish sauce, bresaola (air dried cured beef), lemoncello cured salmon, pesto marinated rock shrimp, gorgonzola stuffed cherry peppers, crostini with caponata, fresh mozzarella and marinated portobello mushrooms.
